Shipping

  • Free Shipping for orders $100 or more within the Continental United States. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii shipping fees apply. 
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
  • Who do you use for shipping?
    We ship orders via USPS, UPS and FedEx. For Alaska and Hawaii orders please allow 10 days for delivery. For APO/FPO orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
  • Can I track my order?
    Once your order is processed, we will send you an email confirmation with tracking information. Orders are processed within 24 – 48 hrs.
  • Can I purchase something online and pick it up at a store?
    We currently do not support picking up online purchases at the store, store inventories vary and may not have your item in stock. You can always call the store to see if they have the item you want in stock and purchase the item directly from the store for pick up.

Returns

  • Can I return my online purchase at a store?
    If there is a Gomez Western Wear or Gomez Boot ranch store near you, you can return or exchange your online purchase to the store for exchange or refund. Please have a printed copy of your order along with your merchandise.
  • How soon will I receive my refund?
    There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please allow 5 – 10 days for online returns to be processed. Please contact us at customer.service@gomezwesternwear.com if you have not received a refund. Shipping Fees are not refundable.

    Gomez Western Wear respects your privacy and we do not share or sell your personal information.
  • Not all local store sales advertised on Facebook are available on Gomezwesternwear.com Why? Stores advertise Facebook sales and discounts based on local demand and available inventory at the store. The Gomezwesternwear.com site does not carry all the merchandise in local store inventories. Please visit a local store or Gomez Western Wear Facebook for Houston, Dallas and Austin for local sales and discounts.
